mam meri beti 5 month ki hai usko 3 potty patli aayi hai or fever b hai halka cold bhi h please koi medicine bataye🙏

A. give enterogermina twice a day for 3 days to your baby recording the symptoms of the baby you can consult to your doctor and after a proper examination of the child doctor will prescribe you the medicines which are required and give you proper guidance
