Mai alsi k seeds ko kese use kru ki Mera belly fat chla jaya...aur weight lose ho jaye...is this usful for weight loss...??with light exercise.

A. yes it is very useful and rich in omega 3 fatty acids. you can add alsi while making roti as well in smoothie or just chew along with water before meal. this helps a body to feel full and you tend to eat little less.
