madam I hav no sufficient milk..i hav 21 days old baby boy.pls tel me how to increase my breast milk

A. lactare tablet is this improve the breast milk na mam ? is there any side effect or not

A. promolact capsules for improving breast milk is gv xdand it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem

A. hello you can take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also if the bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and also fenugreek which imporves the milk secretion
