madam can I use stairs after my delivery....its the 23 rd day of my delivery....and what all should i need to take care of for the time being...

A. hi dear mom..yes once in while stairs can be used..but avoid climbing many times....take good rest till atleast 40 days..with very nutritious diet...avoid lifting anything heavy
