m 5weeks 6day pregnant..there is internal bleeding and my fetal heartbeat is 100...is it a sign of miscarriage

Ma’am, it is better to cross check with your doctor because this is definitely not seem in good to me which is why I would advise you to close up with your doctor, because if you’re having internal bleeding that it is obviously a negative situation, but still it’s better to cross check with your doctor to have for the clarity.
