A white spot usually can be associated in most of the cases with some kind of dryness in the skin but if it is not dry then it can also be associated with worms in the tummy so best to connect with your doctor regarding that they’ll be able to clarify the situation maybe with your child and according to that they can give you appropriate help and response on that situation
