Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application.
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeksd and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergyd, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

Could be due to dryness so you can definitely app Evion vitamin E cream on the face of your child that should help other than that sometimes it could be due to deficiency of calcium or some skin related related issues so that you’ll have to take a clarity with your Dr
