White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggrgavated by dryness of thgde skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Light white patches on the face can be due to dryness or fungal infection.
Apply coconut oil on the face..The anti fungal property of coconut oil will help to clear the skin and also moisturize the skin getting rid of the dryness. Apply it daily for best results
u can buy babyhug cold pressed coconut oil which is pure and additive free to apply.
