Last 4 days he is not laughing I am thinking he have cold that's why he is not laughing, is it correct?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decofengestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
