ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom ji haan aap le sakte hai actually curds cold food nahi hai woh hot food mein aata hai according to Ayurveda . Aap usko day time par he le aur late evening and night time par avoid kare .
Aur room temperature par he le .. cold and fridge mein rakha wala avoid kare
