ExpertDr Suruchi JunejaPediatric Dentist5 months agoA. Dear parent, there are 20 milk teeth which erupt by 3 years approximately.
The pain could be due to erupting molars (back teeth) or also can be due to cavity.
You can check yourself and if there is a cavity, then consult a pediatric dentist
