Its been 70 days since delivery, i never feel heavy breast before feeding and empty breast after feeding. It feels same all the time. Also hand expressed milk it is only 2-4ml. I am taking all the supplements and diet. Also my baby sucks for 2-3 mins then i give him formula then again for few minutes he feeds from breast then again some formula milk. Like this, it takes 1hr to finish his feeding.He does not directly drink Formula and if he exclusively feeds me he keeps on sucking for hours. What to do?

Hello ma’am I think you’re not getting sufficient breastfeed which is why this is happening it’s like crazy for you feeding your child for one hour that’s very tough and that’s not even right and good. I would advise you to consult a lactation specialist ones she would advise you as to what you need to do and she will also tell you after checking out that whether you have sufficient feed or not and what you should be doing like shifting permanently your child to top feed or what
