hello doctor. i have stopped breast feeding my child 6 months before. i feel heavy and pain in the breast from past one week

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice cyan be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine general you shouuld take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
