How to know breast is empty while breast feeding ? How to know when to switch?

A. Here's how to tell if you've emptied them enough. When your breasts are empty, they will probably feel lighter and no longer uncomfortably full, as they might have at the start of the pumping session. You can also pick them up to see if they still feel heavy or full of milk.

A. each side 20minutes is enough.. and u ll feel empty wen u hav loose or soft breast.. before feed ur breast will b hard
