Q.

is it important to to switch breast in one feeding? is it true that one breast is water n other is milk? I get sufficient milk in one breast for one feed and I switch breast for next feeding session.

A. yes, try to feed longer from one breast to get hind milk which comes later n thick in nature.. than switch to another. feed as often as he feels hungry.

A. Hi dear mom Yes breastfeeding comes in two parts, first comes the foremilk and then comes the hind milk. So feed ur baby from longer time from one side so that baby gets both fore milk and Hind milk. If after giving feed for 10-15 minutes from one side the does not get full then switch to the other side to feed ur baby.
