Q.

#asktheexperts Good evening Sir.. Iam a Breast feeding mother... my baby girl is 2month 20 days old.. she only latch from left breast.. now my right breast do not produce sufficient milk flow is also very less.. what should I do.. is it ok to switch to formula milk??

A. hi mam , instead of opting for formula ,I would suggest to offer breasfeeding only. as you having low milk supply from right side breast ,I would advise to massage this side using coconut oil. try to offer feeds from this side whenever your child is waking from sleep or he is extremely hungry .

Q. #asktheexperts My son is a preterm baby born at 36weeks. He is 11days old now. He has latching difficulty due to my inverted nipple even though iam using nipple shield.
