Q.

I had flat nipples so Dr suggested nipple shield but now baby rejects breast feeding how to switch from nipple shield to breast feeding

A. try to maintain body contact with your baby. hold baby in cradle or cross cradle position, with ur one arm hold baby gently, with other hand hold breast in c shape/u shape. when baby cries, he/she opens mouth wider, then take baby close to the breast.
