Start going for walk fir atleast 1 hour daily keep on increasing the intensity. Add yoga as per the tolerance in your daily workout routine. As yoga us very beneficial in post pregnancy weight loss. Take small frequent meals, plenty of fluids. Avoid sugary, fried and junk food.

Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
