Q.
it's just today morning that he gets fever and running nose. so far he is doing good, eats well and is able to complete his task which is being assigned. can you pleae prescribe medicine for fever.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes.
For cold you can give syp maxtra 2.5 ml to the child 2 times per day.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold.
Go for home remedies like Tulsi fGinger water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink
If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
