It's been 8 months since my delivery, I did not get my periods yet.. is there anything to worry about??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. no. just do a upt. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and most if the ladies do not get periods till the time they breastfeeding. and also you should use any contraceptive to avoid any accidental pregnancy.
