I did not get my periods this month...is it normal to have irregular periods after delivery?

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, yes post delivery irregular periods are absolutely normal. And this improve..'s after tor 6 months post pregnancy. Eat right and healthy diet. Drink lots of water. Good luck and take care
