it's been 2 month 11 day I delivered my baby through c sec can I start exercise? for reducing the tummy?

A. At least 3months needed to start all those things. Also you can contact your doctor.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as per my opinion you should wait for six months at least after delivery and please have rich fibre and protein diet and avoid oily junk and packed food and also can have Shaadmani Dandelion green tea which is very effective in weight loss too.
