Q.

it's almost 1 and half years after my c section till their is no periods ? why this happen

A. please get AMH test. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
