Q.
It is said that you should sleep only on the left side during pregnancy. I am in the 6th week right now, is it safe to sleep on any side?

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
