ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. It's OK if you have started now. But you should continue regularly without forgetting so that baby gets proper Folic acid supplement, which is actually effective to avoid any neural tube defects in baby.
