Is using belt is good after 2 month of c-section.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. after two months actually there is no indication to use belt If in case you are using it to reduce your tummy fat it is not very effective instead you can do a 7 to 10 minute workout daily which is very beneficial

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. yes mummy definitely wearing the abdominal belt after C section is very good to season it will give you a good support on your back while you are feeding and moreover it will help to talk in the tummy as well make sure do not wear it very tightly
