Is tummy belt helpful to reduce tummy fat?

priyanka aroraMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy9 years agoA. no it wont hlp to reduce tummy fat it only gvs support to ur back if u hv c section..i deliverd my baby normal my doc wont suggest it..jst do walk daily..u can go for yoga too and drink lots of water and avoid fatty foods

deepti gandotraMom of a 12 yr 10 m old boy9 years agoA. If you delivered normally then u can use a tummy tucker but if you have had a C - section then avoid using anything till atleast first 2 months. Instead there are some simple exercises which u can do to tone your muscles.
