is there any side effects or harm in using suppositor instead of syrup while having fever. because most the time when I give syrup he will omits it out completely

A. it s ok baby on touch can have warm soles and head. It s a normal and healthy thing. Check temperature at armpit level and if above 99 fahrenheit then we treat fever in babies. Can give drops paracetamol like calpol / T 98 / Sumol as per ba y weight . Can be repeated every 6 hours .
