Lubrication
When you use a menstrual cup for the first time, it may feel uncomfortable. But “greasing” your cup can help make the process smooth. Before you put in your cup, lubricate the rim with water or a water-based lube (lubricant). A wet menstrual cup is much easier to insert.

Well you can check about it online I’m very sure you’ll find an applicator also because it is initially difficult for Women to insert these things are going to be helpful in pushing it inside so it is actually available which is going to be best but you have to see as per reviews but prior to that I would definitely advise you that you can discuss it with your gynaecologist she would be the right person to guide you on this
