Q.
is stevia safe for babies? 7-8 months old babies. if not what natural sweeteners are good. my baby doesn't eat bland food at all

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist6 years agoA. hello dear good morning no please do not use any sugar free for the baby not even Steven give your baby the natural form of sugar you can a little bit of jaggery in the food or dates powder can be used but do not give the sugar free items it is just that taste you develop in the baby the baby will eat in the same way they don't know the taste of sweet or salt

though stevia is a healthy option it is actually hard to digest..
