ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you can use it or can prepare it at home.. to ur 7 month old, baby Give Ragi , makhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avocado, banana putee.
