ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Baby should be breast feed exclusively till 6 months of age. You can increase the feeding frequency n feed longer in each feeding session by age . burp well after feeding n no need to gi e gripe water

Don't give Woodward's gripe water or janamghutti to ur baby.
if ur baby is facing any discomfort or gas in stomach then u can give colic aid or gastica drops to ur baby.
