is pigeon toothpaste safe for my 20month baby he has almost all the teeth but he doesn't know how to spit

A. Brushing if teeth is very important irrespective of the toothpaste used. If your baby knows how to spit then toothpaste can be used otherwise till two years simple brushing twice a day is sufficient and also after eating meals mouth rinsing is very important
