is milk of magnesia is good for baby constipation. 22 month old baby?

ExpertShyamala SathiaseelanLactation Educator and Counselor6 years agoA. Dear Mamma, do not give medication without talking to a doctor. Please give prunes papaya plums pears and raisins. Please offer plenty of fluids. Please get baby out in fresh air and let baby run around. No bottles, avoid sugar and no cow's milk more than one and a half glasses or 350 ml a day

Soyal MaheshwariMom of 3 children6 years agoA. hello dear mom. milk of magnesia is readily available over the counter but should not be given to babies below 2 years of age. please talk to your doctor before giving any kind of medicines. instead, just soak some black raisins in water overnight and give that water to your baby in the morning.. it is very good for constipation. you can so give warm ajwain water in the evening daily.
