is massage necessary after c section for mother and baby???

Baby suggest you to get the massage done or you do it yourself whatever is comfortable for you as baby massaging is very good for their growth circulation of blood and all and for a C-section mother it is her choice I do suggest that you should of course get it done for strengthening your body
