Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. this medicine is given for one type of cough and cold but it is advisable that you cannot give in all types of cough and cold so better to meet your doctor for examination and you can give nasal saline drops every three hourly which will definitely help in decreasing cough and cold
