is it safe to use pacifier if a child is getting cranky ? can we use Gumeez tube ? My baby keeps eating his hands all the time

A. No pacifier are not advisable to be used for the child it’s extremely unhealthy so not recommend you that and the gel if you want to use you can cross check with your doctor in the first place a child is having its teeth which is why this behaviour is there
