Q.

Is it safe to give a spoon of black water directly to 6 months old baby, or will it be fine to provide black water bottle to mother so that baby gets the minerals of black water from mothers milk please suggest.

A. Hello dear parent! Breastmilk will provide all the required nutrients. Start giving semi solids like homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, apple purée, ragi and so on. Give sips of water. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
