although menstrual cups are safe but at that tender time it is advisable to go for pads that are breathable and soft and not Harsh to your intimate skin. and with that i would suggest you to go for PAREE PRIMA SANITARY NAPKINS PADS AND ULTRA THINZ SANITARY PADS these are recommended to me by my GYNAECOLOGIST and these just chnaged my pad perspective..these are organic environment friendly, pocket friendly and don't contain any plastic within that harm ur skin
Isha SehgalMom of a 8 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. After delivery, menstrual cup is not recommended. Use any good cotton pad which keeps you dry. Have recently started using Paree sanitary pads which are really soft and comes with a wider back. It absorbs the heavy flow within 3 seconds.

They are super thin and absorbs heavy flow in just 2 to 3 seconds and totally safe to use.
