is it possible to get accurate result by a pregnancy test kit which is 10months old & kept without fridge??

As long as the expiry is there, you can rely on the pregnancy kit but there is a chance of false positive or false negative results also. In such a case, you can repeat with a kit of another brand or give your blood sample for analysis
