is it okay if I am not wearing belt

A. Absolutely there is no issue the thing is actually the belt helps a lot in keeping the stomach in place because normally when you deliver the stomach mark skin becomes very loose and becomes saggy which is why the belt is needed if you don’t want to use it it is completely alright
