Is it ok that my baby weight is 11kg and he is going to complete 1 year on this may ?

Yes the weight of your baby is perfectly fine.
so no need to worry.
Ideally the weight gets triple the birth weight by one year.
Once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that you cook for ur family
