ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. No ..it's not . No Cerelac, biscuits, commercial baby food etc and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Avoid commercial preparations as they are loaded with sugar and preservatives. Give all home made food preparation.
