Q.

Is it normal to spot light pinkish brown bleeding after 5 months of c section ???

A. yes irs ok as this can be your menses too.try to stay positive.If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

A. hello yes normal but anything unusual then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too to avoid any complication
