Is it normal to have pink urine after eating beet roots

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes it's common, Beets contain certain pigments that give pink color to urine, These pigments are not absorbed from body, and this is why you can see in it. This phenomenon is completely normal and does not cause any health problems.
