Is it necessary to give water to 25 days old baby as it is summer?

No there is no need as the milk you are giving to the child has sufficient amount of water into it whether you are giving your feeding or you are giving Top feeding you are anyways giving sufficient amount of water to meet the need of your child so no extra water is required to be given
