is it mandatory to keep cotton in ears after delivery

A. After delivery, it is advised to tie a cloth to your head to avoid exposure to strong air, which causes headache Due to body being weak after delivery But since trying total head is uncomfortable, so many people use cotton to keepin ears

A. yeah...it is mandatory.... because...due to weak immune post delivery, every mother should be careful as they may catch cold easier... which will effect the child... during breastfed...

A. Not at all it is completely your choice see what happens is a lot of family is follow all the traditional rules and regulations so they believe in that that is why they do it is a completely your choice if you want to do it it’s fine if you do not want to do it there is no problem with that
