is it a concern if the 2 yrs baby is not speaking more than 13-15 words, not saying two words sentence.. do we need to take him to speech therapists.

A. Your child is speaking well 13×14 words whatever you mention and connecting to words which means there is no speech delays that your child needs to speak better the communication should be better and that is how things are going to get good there is no need to visit a speech therapist as of now with what you mentioned but still if you want to take an opinion there is no problem
