It’s Not common as such I would say it depends from Women to Women because or not all the pregnancies are same a lot of women have different different issues that you should avoid completely eating spicy food as of now try to start having good amount of milk like cold milk before you go to sleep it can be plain milk or it can be coffee or anything whatever you like but cold
