Yes u can take anything which u like except extreme spicy and extreme sweet food items Take proper balanced diet You should require 550 kcal more than normal non lactating mother Hence take all types of food item eat all types of fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits also. Eat all green vegetables in diet Drink plenty of water Add some galactoguage powder to increase breast milk production as per ur doctors advice only

Have spinach, jeera water, fennel, fenugreek, mothers horlicks is good for lactation, garlic pods You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, mutton, carrot, oats, almonds, have plenty of water, the more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you can provide, you can also have lactare tablets which is very effective.
